  I have nver put any of my animals in kennels before, and so before I decided I was in fact going to do it, I went and inspected a few around my area and called a few others that were further from me. Straight away they were very reassuring on the phone and gave me all the information I needed, so that week I made time to go down there and see it. Although it was quite far I was really impressed with what I saw. I didn't call ahead, because I was worried that if it wasn't any good and they were expecting me they might try and make sure it looked better than it was. But when I arrived it was all so clean and neat. The facilities were lovely. We didn't see the dog kennels, only the cats and they were all very well made with lots of space and shelving for the cats to climb up to etc. I decided to make a booking and they informed me on what I needed to bring with. When it came time for our holiday we arrived with all of our stuff (our own food, bedding toys etc) and they allowed us to set up the cage the way we wanted to with all the stuff, and told us we could have as much time as we wanted to say goodbye. They had already set up food and water and when I advised the lady that we had our own food she quickly changed it for us with no problems at all. While we were away I emailed them to find out how my little one was doing and they responded with a lovely email informing me that she was perfectly fine. When we arrived to fetch her, they had all her bedding etc ready for us, as we had called ahead to let them know we were on our way. They were very accomodating and they truly showed outstanding service. On our second holiday we had a new addition to the family but when we arrived they remembered our pet immediately which was very comforting to us. I would definately keep going back and using them as they really showed outstanding service and were so wonderful to us as well as our animals!! 10/10
